Shanbo drilling rig opens a new chapter of efficient drilling on the land of Uzbekistan, and injects surging power into resource development with excellent performance!

Shanbo vehicle-mounted reverse circulation power head drilling rig; 4×2 or 6× 4 drilling truck chassis for Dongfeng motor is selected as the drilling rig, which is equipped with Yuchai or Cummins engine. Diesel generator set, hydraulic system, electric control system, vacuum pump and drilling tower are all installed on the automobile chassis;

◎ The rig is equipped with a 100k-490KW diesel generator set and an external power supply power system, which can use the diesel generator set as power or an external power supply to realize dual-power drilling operation.

◎ The drilling rig is equipped with a mechanical power head system driven by double motors, a reverse circulation pump set of 6BS sand pump, and a vacuum pump water diversion system, which provides convenience for the water diversion of 6BS sand pump. Mud is used as flushing fluid, and reverse circulation drilling is realized by 6BS sand pump.

◎ The rig is equipped with CB-E532 hydraulic oil pump, equipped with a whole vehicle hydraulic system, a hydraulic take-off and landing tower, and four legs are hydraulically controlled. The two rear legs can extend horizontally, and the four legs can operate simultaneously and act independently, which improves the flexibility of the rig, facilitates rapid leveling of the rig, and realizes electromechanical and hydraulic integrated control;

◎ The drilling rig is equipped with threaded connecting drill pipes of different specifications, and the power head and wellhead frame are equipped with special rod loading and unloading devices, which are lifted by a 15-30 ton main winch and assisted by a 1 ton tool winch, so that the operation of loading and unloading drill pipes is simple and labor-saving;

◎ The drilling rig has beautiful appearance, large torque of power head, matching special drill bits and drilling tools of our factory, and fast drilling speed. It is suitable for drilling various industrial and agricultural water wells, building foundations, bridge foundations, oil field casings, high-voltage line piles, wind power piles, ports and docks, and dam foundations in Quaternary loose layers and gravel layers, and is well received by customers at home and abroad.
